空間向量的題目

一平面x之法向量為n(-1,2,1),光線沿向量p(2,-1,2)的方向射入平面E,則與反射線同方
向的單位向量為何???

解答上有寫到,因為｜ｐ｜=３, 所以向量p的反方向單位向量= -1/3p向量,why??????????? ,社反射線同方向的單位向量e=(x,y,z)且|e|=1,why?????????
