餐廳名稱：原延平街米糕 詳細地址：嘉義市東區國華街96號 (層次精剪隔壁) 電 話：05-2255740 營業時間：16:00 ~ 20:00 (賣完為止) 消費時間：2013/10 ---------------------------------------------------------- 圖文網誌版：http://wings30222.pixnet.net/blog/post/165571146 ---------------------------------------------------------- BBS純文字版 這家每次經過都很多人阿!! 尤其是假日或晚上 常常看到店外還加擺桌子才能應付來客量 店裡簡單賣的就是米糕和貢丸湯 米糕外帶價格有分30元及40元 貢丸湯 湯底主要是柴魚熬的 柴魚味很濃 但也很甘醇 附的兩顆大貢丸也都很有嚼勁 以10元的湯來說相當值得 米糕 糯米飯加上以瘦肉為主的豬肉 米飯炊得剛好 不會過於乾硬 給的滷汁也多 且不油膩及味道太重 只感到相當順口 建議食用前將飯與碗底下的滷汁拌勻 這樣吃起來味道剛好 小黃瓜也蠻新鮮的 點米糕會附的柴魚湯 跟貢丸湯一樣的湯底 (只是少兩顆貢丸) 讓你吃米糕不至於口太乾XD 湯一樣柴魚味濃郁 一碗25元米糕附湯真的CP值算蠻高的了 男生如果要正餐吃可能至少要兩碗吧 不過給喜歡米糕的朋友應該很推薦 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.75.143.36
