受到年初廠商減少發放年終及績效獎金影響所致，今年前4月平均薪資只有51674元，年減1.09%，如果扣除同期間消費者物價指數上升1.62%，實質平均薪資僅50562元，不僅較上年同期減少2.67%，也創下近4年來最低，其中，實質經常性薪資36739元，也是近4年來最低，年減0.93%。

主計總處統計，今年前4月平均經常性薪資為37547元，為歷年來最高，年增0.67%，不過非經常性薪資，也就是含年初發放的年終獎金、績效獎金及加班費等，只有14127元，年減5.49%，是平均薪資較往年同期下滑的主因。
