不知道有沒有人跟我一樣好奇過到底哪種抗氧化是效果最好的？我前幾天有去參加寶拉小姐的見面會現場有播了一段卡通在講哪種抗氧化物比較好原來…沒有一種抗氧化物可以號稱最強/___\ 當天邱品齊醫生也有來他說.有些抗氧化物能穿透細胞膜.有的不能有的是脂溶性.有的是水溶性每種抗氧化物都有它自己的優勢跟弱勢所以有時候會把幾種抗氧化物作混合搭配互相補足彼此的不足這樣抗氧化效果才不會好像只做了半套～把這個小知識跟大家分享一下^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 192.95.2.251
