餐廳名稱：南投　胡國雄古早麵　埔里 消費時間：2014年/1月 地址：南投縣埔里鎮仁愛路3號 電話：049-299-0586 營業時間：am8:00~pm8:00 好讀網誌版：http://keorik.pixnet.net/blog/post/55606110 如果來到埔里　 我們一定會去的地方 就是埔里酒廠和胡國雄古早麵 埔里酒廠有好吃的紹興香腸 胡國雄古早麵則有好吃的切仔麵 用餐時間　照片中舉著右手的員工？頭家？ 正在指揮著現場 「來，B4離席了，收一下！」 這邊只要到用餐時間幾乎都要和別人共桌 我們也不例外 但只要有座位能趕快享用也管不了擠不擠了。 這是我們必點主食　切仔麵 麵下面有一堆豆芽菜！！ 肉片口感比較紮實 這是我私心認定必點小菜　大腸頭 雖然我喜歡吃大腸頭 可是有些大腸頭的口感軟到令人不感恭維 但是這道大腸頭很好吃。 燙空心菜　不要看這些空心菜醬料很多好像會很鹹 其實拌一拌吃起來剛剛好 不會像許多麵店的燙青菜吃到最後很死鹹 這顆亮晶晶的叫冰心蛋 切開後裡面大有文章 我們用鐵湯匙切開　怕蛋飛出去 所以有點不平均 冰心蛋也是我們必點之一 敢吃的人一定要嘗試看看 最後吃完要離開時 我看到門口擺了這塊招牌 「您給我20分鐘　我給您最好服務」 覺得很有道理　所以忍不住拍了下來 因為用餐時間人太多 有時候店家難免會上菜慢了點 但是如果等候是值得的 不妨小小悠哉一下 就因為拍了這塊招牌太得意忘形 害我差點忘記結帳 哈哈　 大家去埔里可以吃看看喔！ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 59.126.17.193
