新買手機已送修二次，應是消費者買單嗎？

我男友在桃園市遠傳文中店買了一隻SONY的手機，使用的第一天就因電池不能充電送修，當時店裡堅持不能換貨，且說也已送修好了、那手機在我們面前拆包裝，就是賣新的.....魯了好久......就是不讓我們換，現在用了二個月左右，手機又壞了，這次是突然沒聲音(沒鈴聲、沒鬧領、遊戲也沒聲音...)，日前又拿去送修了。
店員說："我們有問題去找他們，他們就會幫忙送修，不可能換貨。"以及"保固期一樣以購買日計一年"。.......
想尋找好心人士給建議，我有什麼方法可以維護我的消費者權益？現在的我，真的不能換貨或要求什麼嗎？
