透天房子的好處

除了有天有地，還有地震的時候，不會搖晃太厲害之外。不知還有甚麼好處？
土地單獨持有？真的嗎？

一般人會以為透天的別墅的土地持有是個別獨立持有的，諸不知建商在蓋連幢別墅時，有時候會規劃社區共同持有的公設土地。通常土地持有，可能會分為個別持有，與社區共同持有的部份。說明白一點，形式上看起來是有天有地的別墅型住宅。但是整個社區綁在一起，實質上與住在大樓的住戶一樣，無法自行把自己的房子打掉重蓋。但是這種假透天別墅的住宅，卻是近期最大的流行趨勢。

透天的房子，有電梯者稀矣！
有電梯者，大都是用二次方式偷渡。建照一開始就畫有電梯的坑洞者，少之又少。

沒有電梯者，光是走路跑上跑下，會讓人痛不欲生。
有電梯者，大概都是小的電梯，四人份是多數。家裏用六人份的電梯者，少之又少，不過真的很爽。
電梯的保養，其實不貴。
通常一年一約，一次簽約大概是一年。平均2000NT元/月。這是大概的行情。
住家養一台電梯會很貴嗎？2000NT元/月基本的每月保養一次，其實應該還好啦！
