酒駕肇事遭逮　酒測值1.03遭法辦

【陳建緯／台北報導】台北市1名30歲男子30歲謝易霖，昨晚10點許在台北市延平北路、中正路口與計程車發生車禍，警方接獲報案到場處理，騎車的謝姓男子看警到場時卻言語閃爍、口齒不清。

處理警員詢問車禍情形時，謝男刻意與警員保持距離，讓警員心覺有異。隨即向雙方駕駛人進行酒測，發現謝男的酒測值竟然高達1.03。謝男竟還辯稱只喝了1罐啤酒而已，怎麼可能這麼高，讓警員哭笑不得，反問謝男「啤酒跟威士忌都是黃色的，是不是喝錯了」。警方訊後將謝姓男子依公共危險罪移送法辦。
