檢評會首次約詢 黃世銘出席說明

調查監聽、洩密案，檢察官評鑑委員會，今天首度約詢__檢察總長黃世銘，負責承辦關說案的、特偵組檢察官鄭深元、也二度到案，要釐清兩人在監聽和洩密等案件中，究竟有沒有疏失。 ==檢察總長黃世銘== （總長今天心情還好嗎）你們這樣子 眼睛會壞掉的 一手拿著牛皮紙袋，準時現身法務部大門，檢察總長黃世銘首度接受檢評會約詢，臉上掛著笑容，但態度保持低調，不作任何回應。 同一天被約詢的，還有承辦關說案的特偵組檢察官鄭深元，二度來到檢評會，在長達4小時的約詢中，鄭深元說法不變，強調在監聽案中，有部分是疏忽，並非故意，不能以事後諸葛的方式，來推斷是非。

==檢評會發言人 彭文正== 我不是沒有針對任何個案但相信真理越辯越明謊話越說會越多破綻所以我們希望透過這樣一個過程能夠找到事情的真相（所以你覺得鄭深元說謊）我沒有這麼說 鄭深元曾被披露，在第一次約詢時說法「支吾其詞」，這次在檢評會上，他則當場表達不滿，要求委員不要再透露他的反應，這次檢評會約詢黃世銘和鄭深元，要針對先前北檢、法務部調查小組甚至外界的質疑，進行說詞比對，釐清兩人在監聽和洩密案中，究竟有沒有疏失，後續將視兩人提出內容，考量是否要進一部約詢總統馬英九前來說明。記者綜合報導
