超度嬰靈的地點

請教各位幾個煩惱的問題:
1) 新莊的地藏王廟或在台北松山區的普門寺，哪一間比較適合超度嬰靈?
2) 兩間超度方式不同的地方在哪?
3) 有人在超度時請嬰靈投胎到別處去嗎?
