htc桌布移動問題

我拿的是htc new one，我下載橫幅的圖片在手機上，但它卻只固定顯示一個部分(是全螢幕但卻是圖片的一部分而已)，翻頁的時候圖片不會跟著移動，請問要如何處理呢?
