想請問一下，台南市區的五樓無電梯分租套房，容易出租嗎? 地點是還不錯，離火車站不遠，台南神學院那附近~ 家長最近說想買下來當包租公.... 但我是覺得無電梯的公寓五樓實在是很囧...QQ 我自己在台北租屋都直接忽略四樓以上沒電梯的CASE了，何況是房租較便宜的台南... 但家長一直覺得只要租得夠便宜還是租得出去... 想說上來請教一下大家的意見 然後也想順便請教一下 那一帶類似這種狀況的套房的租金行情大概是多少? 有到4000/月嗎? (房間大概4~5坪) -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 115.43.42.97
