冷氣團報到 淡水12.8度

今年入秋首波大陸冷氣團報到，中央氣象局觀測，今天清晨全台冷颼颼，淡水只有攝氏12.8度。

氣象局說，清晨除高雄、屏東外，其他地區氣溫都在20度以下，平地以淡水12.8度最冷，其次是嘉義13度、宜蘭13.8度、台北14.4度、台中14.6度、新竹16.6度。

根據氣象局的紀錄，淡水、台北、新竹、梧棲、宜蘭、蘇澳、嘉義都創下入秋以來的新低溫。

氣象局預報，白天高溫會比昨天下降約2度到3度；北部20度左右，中部23度到24度，南部25度到27度，呈現南暖北冷，溫度差異大，提醒南來北往的民眾適時增減衣物。

氣象局說，今天全台晴朗有陽光，傍晚夕陽西下後，輻射冷卻效應逐漸增強，愈晚愈冷，冷氣團將持續到20日清晨。
