各位好現在已在B公司上班了前天卻接到A公司來電報到通知想詢問各為這兩個工作該如何選擇? A公司 XX水電工程(某工業區公司新設立) B XX工程有限公司薪資 27500 (不知道是否是試用期薪資) 28000 職稱工程助理工安人員福利應該該有的都有手機補助1000 汽車保養2000 油資實報實銷距離 30分鐘 30分鐘因工程關係可能跑到南投工程關係最遠到新竹台南當天來回加班費有沒有責任制六日上班沒錢(算加班) 原則上不用加班六可能會住宿家裡家裡月休六天隔周休周休二日但六有時可能要上班年終未知未知 A公司規模較大 B則是小公司調薪幅度不快缺點是必須在頂樓工作 B公司員工數約10人以下目前是我最菜升遷可能困難不知A公司的薪資是否為試用期? 因有mail報到通知依本集團規定，新進人員必須先試用參個月。薪資為:__________ 想請問各位的意見? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.79.246.237
