小弟最近在準備面試設備工程師但因為是畢業於通訊系所以做的東西都是模擬為主實在沒啥關聯...所以想說去念一些半導體的東西來嘴一下不知道有沒有必要呢? 我是選半導體元件：在積體電路上的應用這本書來看~好像是台積電前RD寫的? 不知道夠不夠用? 有請各位大大幫解惑下 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 220.137.2.185
