從以前到現在手機幾乎每天都收到垃圾簡訊，
但現今行動裝置盛行，
為何電信公司還是選擇花錢（也許數量大到不必花錢）發簡訊呢？
用免費軟體如line、wechat等等的免費軟體發訊息不是更好嗎？

今天在和廠商聊到想做外掛程式發訊息的事情，
思考到為何電信公司不做這塊，
兩人都想不出來為什麼...
上來問問各位有何高見！
