bios回復後，無法打新注音....懇請神大幫忙解決

想請問電腦因為一些原因一直當機(oc fail...順便把主機板電池取出裝回)

剛剛把bios的系統回復

電腦是好了，現在也不會當機了，但時間變回2007年某月某日(已改回現在

然後問題是搜尋網頁準備打字時.. 字在快打出來時便會出現錯誤然後關閉視窗

用筆記本打也打不出來，顯示發生問題，關閉記事本

用chrome打會出現"遭糕囉！google chrome當機了，要立即重新啟動嗎"

就是完全打不出新注音.... 舊的注音卻可以(現在

然後想重新灌新注音，發現抓完新注音2007後，電腦卻無法安裝msi檔案

但是卻有在system32裡看到msiexec檔案...

完全無解....
