發「新版便當文」　法學教授：警察快來傳喚我

拒賣菲勞「便當文」引發社會嘩然，內政部長李鴻源指揮警方約談3版本的作者說明。對此，政大法律系副教授劉宏恩在臉書發文，批說「說謊」跟「違法」是兩回事。

劉宏恩發文「我也寫了便當文，請警察快來傳喚我」，指出假設只有鄉民和媒體不清楚「法律責任」跟「道德責任」，或許只是令人嘆息，但如果連內政部長和警察都分不清，「那根本就是法治的災難、人權的噩耗。」

劉宏恩強調，道德的錯誤就請停留在道德的譴責，不要以「破壞台灣國際形象」為由，成為濫行適用法律的獵巫藉口。

文末他說，網路上一面倒地支持政府法辦，「真的不擔心這個大門一開，以後『做夢文』、『聽說文』、『幻想文』通通都會被警察法辦嗎？」
