林宇輝創業 才知父林百里的苦

國內交友網站龍頭「愛情公寓」本周掛牌上櫃。廣達董事長林百里次子、交友網站「愛魅奇」創辦人林宇輝表示，為保持營運的自主性，不只現階段拒絕創投資金，連父親林百里想出資贊助，也讓他打了回票。

當初林宇輝離開廣達自行創業，林百里一度不諒解，但現在父子感情變得比從前更好。

「如今，我終於體會父親創業的辛苦」林宇輝表示，以前知道創業很困難，而創業後才知道，比想像中更困難百倍。想到當年林百里沒有背景，兩個孩子還年幼，仍毅然白手起家，讓他了解爸爸真偉大。

林宇輝強調，林百里最著名的經營心法是「烏龜哲學」，不求快、追求穩步成長，烏龜哲學讓他很受用，經營企業就是身體伏得低，頭要抬很高，鎖定目標一步一步走下去。
