雅士涉弊案 證交所不准上市

（中央社記者田裕斌台北2013年6月18日電）台灣證券交易所今天表示，雅士晶業公司因涉及台電變壓器收賄弊案，退回申請股票上市案。

證交所表示，雅士因台電弊案有涉及不法或誠信問題、後續賠償事宜及對財務業務有造成影響的疑慮尚待釐清，具證交所有價證券上市審查準則第9條第1項第6款「不依有關法令及一般公認會計原則編製財務報告等情事，情節重大者」不宜上市情事，因此股票申請上市案遭退件。
