馬達熱衰竭改善

買了一個手持的電動工具(去魚鱗)
但使用了一段時間發現他好像熱衰了
可使用時間變短(馬達一下子就過熱)
請問是什麼問題 拆開塗散熱膏還有用嗎?
還是只能報銷了??
