新浪旅遊新聞: 2012國際機場服務品質 桃園機場獲第三名

國際機場協會(Airports Council International, ACI) 2013全球年會於6月10～12日於土耳其伊斯坦堡舉行，期間於6月11日大會晚宴中舉行頒獎典禮，頒發2012機場服務品質(Airport Service Quality, ASQ)獎項，我國桃園機場獲得2012年度第三名。

桃園機場公司總經理林鵬良當天自ACI歐洲分會主席Mr. Declan COLlier手中，接受1,500萬～2,500萬旅客量分組2012年度第三名的獎牌。

本次頒發年度獎項，是ACI首次改變其模式，將原本僅頒獎給全球前3名的方式，變更為以依旅客量分組，每組各取前3名頒獎。此次年會共有800多人報名參加，ACI主席Angela Gittens 女士致詞時表示：越來越多的機場致力提供旅客期待的、或甚至超乎期待的服務；能提供優質服務的機場，才能夠從激烈的排名競爭中脫穎而出，旅客服務是機場同業競爭中最重要區隔因素之一。

桃園機場指出，將秉持旅客服務至上的精神，尤其是2013年進入2,500萬～4,000萬分組，持續與所有駐站單位共同努力，提供最優質的服務與設施，希望所有旅客在本機場都能獲得滿意的服務。
