酒駕校長停職 不得申請退休

台北市新湖國小校長連德盛因酒駕遭逮，台北市教育局昨召開「校長成績考核委員會」，決議立即停止連德盛的校長職務，並交付「公務人員懲戒委員會」審議。進入審議過程後，連德盛不得申請退休。

台北市教育局副局長曾燦金表示，依「校長成績考核辦法」，最重只能記一大過，但考量情節嚴重，依地方政府職權先對連德盛停職，接著交付公懲會審議。公務員懲戒法規定，公務員的懲戒處分為「撤職」、「休職」、「降級」、「減俸」、「記過」或「申誡」。最重為「撤職」，不僅丟了飯碗，連退休金六百多萬元都會泡湯。
