酒駕撞死人官員 林務局祭出停職

林務局對酒駕肇事致人於死的台東林區管理處主任王專吉，昨做出第一步懲處，從主任降調技正，並隨即啟動行政調查。林務局今天上午密集開會，稍早做出決定，將王專吉移付懲戒，並先行停職。

林務局指出，因王專吉違反刑法規定，違法事實明確，即依公務員懲戒法第2條「公務員有違法情事者，應受懲戒」，並依第19條之規定將王專吉移付公務員懲戒委員會審議，及依該法第4條規定先行停止其職務。
